How the contract is formed between you and us
After placing your order, you should receive an automated message acknowledging that We have received your order (kindly contact us if you do not receive this email). Please note this does not confirm your order has been accepted. Shopnwrap will accept all orders. After you submit your order, We immediately contact your bank or card issuer for authorization to take payment from your account. We will not process your order until payment has been received in full. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will immediately request your bank cancel the authorization. Defective items
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective product, you will be entitled to one of the following remedies:
1. Within 30 days of receiving the defective item, you can choose to receive either:
• a repair or replacement; or
• a full refund.
2. If more than 30 days have passed after you received the goods, you can claim a repair or replacement of the defective item (but not a refund).
3. If the repair or replacement is impossible, or if it is unsuccessful or cannot be provided to you in a reasonable time, then you can choose to either:
• Keep the defective item and claim a price reduction (Shopnwrap will determine the price reduction depending on what is reasonable in the circumstances); or return the defective item and claim a refund (but note that if you have had the goods for more than 6 months*, this refund may be reduced to the account of any use you have had from the goods).

• Whether you would prefer a refund or a repair or replacement

Shopnwrap will examine the returned items and notify you of your refund, repair, or replacement via email within a reasonable period.
We will process any refund due to you as soon as possible, and in any case within fourteen (14) days after the day. We confirm via email that you are entitled to a refund for defective items. The refund will be made to the same payment method originally used by you to make the payment (unless you have expressly agreed otherwise).

A Force Majeure Event includes any act, event, omission, or accident beyond our reasonable control.
If an Event Outside Our Control takes place that affects the performance of our obligations under a Contract, We will contact you as soon as possible to notify you. Our obligations under the Contract will be suspended, and the time for our obligations will be extended for the duration of the Event Outside Our Control. Where the Event Outside Our Control affects our delivery of Products to you, We will arrange a new delivery date with you after the Event Outside Our Control is over.
You may cancel a Contract affected by an Event Outside Our Control if there is a risk of substantial delay.
Governing law and jurisdiction
The Terms and Conditions, and the relationship between you and us, shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States of America. You agree that any cause of action that may arise under the Terms and Conditions shall be commenced and heard in the appropriate court in the State of New York, County of Nassau, United States of America. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Nassau County in the State of New York.
