Q: What are your operation hours?

We run a 24-hour shopping experience. Login to the site and shop around the clock. However, our customer service team actively operates from 9 am - 6 pm EST. Do not hesitate to log in your questions/complaints, as a representative would revert ASAP.

Q: What's the delivery timeline?

Typically, we deliver items between 3-7 working days. Delivery timelines vary by area and shipment options, but a timeline will be specified before checkout. If the proposed timeline isn't favorable, contact us for our express delivery option.

Q: How do I track my order?

Login to your ShopnWrap account.

Select 'Order' > Click on 'item(s) details' > select 'track items'.

There will also be a confirmation email sent to your registered email address with a status report on your purchase.

Q: Is there a standard delivery rate?

Delivery fee varies depending on size, product type, location, and other factors exclusive to your orders. You can review the delivery rate before checking out.

Q: What happens if I miss my delivery?

We will reschedule another delivery, but will notify you beforehand for confirmation. Kindly remain available. T&C applies.

Q: What if my package was broken or tampered with?

Always check your product on delivery, and if you notice it has been tampered with, refuse to receive the parcel.
