Order Tracking:

Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Another email will be sent after your order has been shipped, containing tracking information and instructions on how to track your parcel.

Multiple Packages:

If you have a multi-item order, it is possible that each item will be shipped from a different international warehouse. This is done to ensure the fastest delivery possible. In some cases, if an item is on back order, we may ship your items separately to avoid delays in delivering your order.

Delayed or Lost Orders:

If your order has not arrived within 20 business days (30 days for certain destinations), please contact us at info@shopnwrap.com for assistance. In the event that your order is stuck at customs, sent back, or lost during delivery, we apologize for the inconvenience. Our orders are insured, and in such cases, we will work to send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking, if possible.
